We ship worldwide from a network of partner warehouses. This page tells you exactly where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong — no surprises, no fine print.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
- European Union member countries
- United Kingdom
If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not yet ship there. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders, and we cannot ship to embargoed or restricted destinations.
2. Processing Time
All orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in the destination country are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 14:00 UTC on a business day are typically dispatched the same day when stock is available in our United States warehouse.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are quoted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination country) and are counted from the moment your order leaves the warehouse, not from the time of purchase.

Some items are made or stocked overseas and shipped directly to you. When this is the case, it is clearly stated on the product page before you add the item to your cart. We never hide international shipping at checkout.
The windows above are based on P90 averages — most orders arrive earlier. Customs clearance, severe weather, and carrier disruptions can occasionally extend delivery beyond the quoted window.
4. Shipping Costs
All prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before payment.

Duties, taxes, and import VAT
- United States: No additional duties or import taxes apply at delivery.
- European Union and United Kingdom: All import VAT and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. You will not receive a separate invoice from the carrier and there is nothing to pay at the door.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your order email address as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. For international orders shipped from overseas warehouses, the first carrier scan may not appear for 5–7 days after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
You can check the latest status at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by replying to that email if you need help.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a complete, correct shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order has not yet been handed to the carrier. If you spot a mistake:
- Email support@shop8am.com within 1 hour of placing the order, with your order number and the corrected address.
- Once the parcel is in transit, the address cannot be changed.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, we will offer either a re-shipment at the customer's cost or a refund of the order value (excluding original and return shipping costs).
7. Delays, Lost Parcels, and Carrier Exceptions
We monitor every order until delivery. The table below explains what we do, and what we ask of you, in common exception scenarios.

We never ask customers to chase carriers themselves. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will handle it.
8. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
A small number of items are sold as pre-order or made-to-order. When this is the case, the product page shows an item-specific dispatch date that overrides the standard windows above. The same date is repeated in your order confirmation email so there is no ambiguity.
9. Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing items from different warehouses may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel has its own tracking number, and earlier parcels are not held back to wait for later ones.
10. Holidays and Peak Season
During major shopping events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, end-of-year holidays) and around national public holidays in origin or destination countries, processing and delivery times may extend by 2–5 business days. We post a banner on the site whenever a known surge is in effect.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date you placed your order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always available at shop8am.com/policies/shipping-policy.
