Return shipping is free for US and EU customers. Customers elsewhere cover the return label cost.

Once your return reaches the warehouse, we inspect and refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take another 2–3 days to post it.

Can I return a gift?
Yes. You'll need the order number and the gift-giver's email. The refund goes to the original payment method as store credit.
What if my item is final sale?
Final sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Final sale is clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
What if I miss the 30-day window?
After 30 days we can't accept a return. If the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, that rule doesn't apply — write to us.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Start a return, then reorder the piece you want. Faster than a swap queue and the refund hits before the new order ships.
