Lost, delayed, or damaged

If tracking hasn't moved for five business days or your package arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and photos if there's visible damage. We'll replace or refund.

Questions

Why is my tracking not updating?

Carriers sometimes take a day to scan a package after pickup. If 48 hours have passed with no movement, write to us.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Only within the cancellation window. After that the label is printed. If the order hasn't shipped yet, write to us and we'll try.

Do you ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO?

US domestic PO boxes yes, via USPS. APO and FPO are supported with standard shipping only.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and the carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, write to us — we'll open a carrier claim and send a replacement.

Do I pay customs duties?

US, EU, and UK: no duties collected on delivery. Elsewhere: local duties and VAT are the recipient's responsibility at delivery.
