Fabric claims stay product-specific.

Each product page lists the available composition and care instructions from the catalog. Recycled-content, mill, and wash-test claims will be added only where we have supporting documentation.

Rule: No unverified material claims

Returns

We design for fewer returns.

We reduce avoidable returns with clearer product photos, visible size options, and fit guidance. Return-rate statistics will be published only after we have enough completed orders to measure them responsibly.

Packaging

Zero plastic in the box.

Recycled paper bag with a paper tear-strip. Paper hangtag stitched, not stapled. Paper tape. The hanger that comes with the long sleeve is paper-pressed pulp.

The shipping box itself is FSC corrugated. The shipping label adhesive is currently the one piece of synthetic — we are testing a beet-sugar replacement.

Air freight on first runs

We air-freight our first 200 units of a new colorway to Istanbul to test the dye. After that we ship the rest by sea. We are working to push the air share below 5%.
Rayon in the long sleeve

The cotton-rayon blend is 12% rayon. Rayon is a regenerated fiber — softer, but more water-intensive than cotton. We picked it for the hand. We will publish the next reformulation when ready.
Customer carbon

The single biggest emission in this brand is the last-mile delivery to your door. We do not yet offset it. We are running the math on the right partner.
Wages

The factory in Porto pays 38% above the Portuguese national minimum. We have audited it. We pay the studio team in Istanbul above the Istanbul living-wage benchmark we publish openly.
