Orders

Where is my order?

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email on file. If nothing has arrived within the expected transit window, write to us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We can edit or cancel within a short window of checkout. After that, the order is with the warehouse. You can return it once it arrives.

I received the wrong item.

Send a photo and your order number to support. We'll send the right piece and a prepaid label for the other one.

Sizing and fit

What size am I?

The size guide has body measurements for each piece and the model's height and worn size on every product page. If you're between sizes, the fit notes on the product page say which way to go.

Does it run true to size?

Each product page has a single line on fit. We don't write "true to size" as a default — it isn't useful.

Payment and checkout

Which payment methods work?

Major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Additional methods depend on your region at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

Returns

What's the return window?

Thirty days from delivery. Unworn, tags on.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is covered for US and EU customers. Elsewhere, the return label is customer-paid.

How long does a refund take?

Typically three to five business days after we receive the return at the warehouse.
