Made to last

Care that extends the life.

Each piece has its own note on the product page. The rules below hold across the line.

Wash less

Air refresh between wears

Cold only

30°C / 85°F max

Air dry

Never tumble

No softener

Breaks technical fibers

Daily

  • Air pieces between wears. Most workout-weight fabrics don't need a wash after every session.
  • Use a mesh bag for bras and anything with hooks or hardware.
  • Close zippers before washing.

Washing

  • Cold water, gentle cycle.
  • Mild detergent. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibers and kills stretch.
  • Turn dark pieces inside out.
  • Wash with like colors. Bone with bone, graphite with graphite.

Drying

  • Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid direct sun on graphite — it fades.
  • Tumble dry only if the product page says so, and only on low.

What kills activewear

  • Hot water. Breaks down elastane.
  • Fabric softener. Clogs the knit.
  • High-heat tumble. Warps the shape.
  • Chlorine and hot tubs. Same story, faster.

Repairs and alterations

A dropped hem or a loose stitch doesn't have to end a piece. We can't offer repairs in-house yet. A local tailor is often cheaper and faster than replacing.

Questions

Can I use a dryer on low?

Only if the product page says so. Most activewear loses shape and elasticity in any tumble dry — the small time savings aren't worth the garment life lost.

Will cold wash still clean the garment?

Yes. Modern detergents are formulated for cold. Hot water is only necessary for heavy soil or sanitation — neither applies to activewear rotation.

How do I remove deodorant marks?

Rub the stain with a damp cloth and a drop of gentle detergent before the wash. For set-in marks, soak in cold water with a spoon of white vinegar for 20 minutes, then wash normally.

What detergent do you recommend?

Any mild, liquid detergent without enzymes, bleach, or softener. Detergents labeled for wool or sportswear work well.

What our care symbols mean.

Tap any symbol to see what we mean — in plain English.

Wash cold (30°C)

Cold water keeps the elastane alive. Hot water cooks it; the legging loses memory after 6 washes.

Hand wash only

Run the cold tap, a small drop of mild detergent. Squeeze; do not twist.

Do not bleach

Including oxygen-based bleach. It will turn our knit gray-yellow at the seams.

Tumble dry low

If you must — pull out at 70%. Heat is the enemy of stretch knits.

Do not tumble dry

Lay flat in the shade. Twenty minutes longer; ten washes more memory.

Iron low (110°C)

Through a cotton tea towel, never directly on the knit.

Do not iron

The print or coating will lift. Steam from outside the garment instead.

Do not dry clean

The solvents strip our coating. Cold hand wash always wins.

Dry flat

On a towel. Reshape while wet — pressed flat keeps the rise.

Line dry in shade

UV breaks down elastane. Always in the shade.
