What this page is.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, you can ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, stop using it for targeted advertising, or stop processing it for analytics.

Shopify and enabled apps may process data for analytics, checkout, fraud prevention, and marketing depending on your consent settings. Use this page to submit a privacy choice request.

What we actually share

The honest answer.

  • With Shopify — your name, email, address, payment metadata, to fulfil orders. Required to operate the store.
  • With shipping partners — your name and address, to deliver the package.
  • With payment providers if you choose them — payment details only, governed by their own policies.
  • With enabled analytics or marketing apps — only where configured and allowed by consent settings.
  • Internally — your email if you subscribed, your fit profile if you saved one, your wishlist stored in your browser.

We do not intentionally share with data brokers. Advertising and analytics pixels must remain governed by Shopify consent settings and this opt-out request.

Access, deletion, correction, portability.

Beyond opting out, you can also: request a copy of every piece of personal information we hold about you, delete it, correct what's wrong, or export it in a common format. Email privacy@shop8am.com with the subject line that matches the request and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also appeal a denied request and, if you remain unhappy, contact your state attorney general or supervisory authority. We will not retaliate or change service quality based on which rights you exercise.
